I have no problem getting out of my rig. The person hauling the gear on the boat just has to be quick, and there are no problems. The only problem I had was the webbing was hard to get loose when I went to wiggle out. I bent my backplate slightly so the webbing was not rubbing against the tanks making it hard to pull out. I don't know if 5-6 ft is rough seas, but it works for me. -Jon -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
