Greg, thanks. I liked Palmer and read his books. This shit needs to
stop, and we need to take advantage of what he did for us here: he took
a great record of achievement and great work, and flushed it down the
toilet. Only strokes dive deep on air, and the sooner everyone realizes
it, the sooner the deaths stop. 

  Sure, I get flack form idiots all of the time, but then I will stand
in the breach and deal with that - fuck them. Palmer is dead, and we are
not. Let's keep it that way.
