Dennis,
The swivel is not a weak point. It has been utilized by
Scubapro and other manufactures for 25+ years starting with the
Scubapro MK 5.

While almost all low pressure manifolds are 200 bar and the
MK10+ Din first stage will work on them, why would you want to limit
your self? It is unlikely you will ever replace this regulator ( Scubapro
regulators generally stay in diving longer than their owners due ).
For about $25 more, you can have a first stage that will work on any
Din valve.
