Firstly thanks to all of those who replied privately and via the list to =
my earlier post re:
Backplates - the service as usual was excellent one came before I saw my =
original message on the list.

Now another question.
As you have probably gathered I'm going hogarthian and there seems to be =
no doubt at all about a primary 2nd stage - the G250 however the first =
stage seems a harder choice either the Mk20 or the Odin ( Jetstream in =
the UK, I think) prices here are very similar. I'm not too fussed about =
a turret as I currently have an Oceanic Bal. Piston 1st stage which I =
have always mounted 'upside-down'.=20
Availability and servicing could be handled by my local store for both =
regs.
Is there anything for/against each 1st stage to tip the balance?
