Subject: Another CIS lunar scumbag

Watch out for a guy named Peter Blanchette - he works for cis lunar,
and was trying to get a look inside our scooters. He is also trying to
buy parts. Arnold Jackson has told him where to go, Oceanic will not
deal with him, and neither will we. 

  This is the same group of liars who told the Park they are ready to
"tripple our distance" . These idiots have no clue, and let's keep it
that way. 

   Again, at what point is the truth about these guys going to be
recognized where it matters? These guys can accoomplish nothing
anywhere, they never have and they never will.
