Tom, they are interfering with our project, and doing so under false pretenses. They told the Park they could "tripple our distance", "do longer bottom times", "do it more safely", make a better map", etc. They can do none of that, they never have, they never will. They are now out recruiting divers who will attmpt to do what is a walk in the park for me. This is going to get some people killed, and none of these guys has the years of experience at this that I do, nor are there any people out there with my dedication to the conditioning required to do this. There are only a small handfull on my own team who want to do this, and that is because my team knows what is involved. Ask Brent and JJ after that last dive who they think can do this. They do not think anyone can. Tom, it is going to be real sad when these strokes start piling up the bodies. They need to pull the plug on this before it gets out of hand. Look at the facts: it is May, they have no rebreather, no time on the rebreather, no scooters, no lights, no mapper, no experience, no practice, no team, no plan, and have yet to do a dive anywhere in Leon Sinks. Tom, you know me, and you know what this is like - you know the answer - the usdct needs to step down now. By the way, my permits run right through theirs - what does that tell you?
