First I appologise If i am bringing up an old subject,
however I do not have access to the archives.
The Asprin war as reappeared in the UK again.
Asprin, the drug, is said to have a benificial effect upon
reducing the onset of DCS, due to making it harded from the blood
to conjeal and reducing platlet-mesh forming.
It is also aside to reduce the effect of nitrogen, reason unknown.
Would any of the medics, ( or any one with any other good info),
please like to comment upon the above,
I can see why it would reduce the risk of DCS, but surely that would
mean a dosage gretly exceeding that recommended by any doctor.
I am not as sure about nitrogen narcosis.
I am aware of the complication of people with stomach ulcers
As a matter of interest, how many of 300mg tablets would you have to
swallow for any siginificant decrease in the likely hood of decreasing
dcs risk.
Yours
Tom
