Try Evelyn Dudas at Dudas Dive Duds, 101 Bartrams Lane, West Chester, PA
19382, 1-610-436-0176.  Evelyn makes custom suits and accessories.  I have
her pockets on my suit and like them.  They are made from 1/8" G231N
neoprene and can be glued on by anyone.
