First, sorry for the long dely in my response.  Second, see my other post
with regard to Ian Rolland's death.  Third, and most importantly, I'm
sorry if my response to your original posting made it seem as though I
disagreed with your points.  Quite the contrary, I COMPLETELY agree with
ALL of your points - both in the original post and those you make above. 
My response was specifically with regard to the circumstances surrounding
Ian's death.
