    Kevin,
        OMS makes an an adapter plate bent to form a piece of channel 
that uses two tank straps to mount single tanks on any of their wing 
and plate configurations. The adapter plate and bands is #J290G or you 
can buy the plate separately #J291G. This system works real well with 
or without a pony bottle.
