 	John, we are a team , and behave as one. We do not expect somebody whom 
we have taken in an treated well to turn around and screw us, anymore than you 
would expect us to go ahead and tell everyone what a complete stroke you are. I 
could care less what you or anyone else thinks, I just did not want anyone on 
this team who is not a team player, and I have run most of them off, and will 
not hesitate to eliminate any more - attitudes don't cut it with me, and they 
get people killed. - G
