You can find the newest edition of the University of California, Davis Diving Safety Manual (dated 1/97) on our website at: http://www-bml.ucdavis.edu/dsman96.pdf This is an Adobe file that you can download and print at your convenience. Please note the following : Page 83, Appendix 14, Scientific Diver Log Page 84, Appendix 15, Student Dive Log currently appear as blank pages on the website. These pages are the same as those that appeared in the June 1994 edition of the manual (then called Appendix 10-1and Appendix 11-1).
