He's been claiming a Mac version is "almost ready" for more than two years. If he ever delivers a version that runs under the current 7.x system, it will run under Rhapsody. He has been infected with the computer-generated "Real Soon Now" malady, which destroys one's ability to correctly gauge time, regardless of the scale. Furthermore, if he really is developing software for the Mac, he already knows. And as a last straw, we ARE discussing an OS that is slated for release in MID 1998! Now, I respectfully submit that adding a time frame measured in years to an equation that already contains an individual who is not capable of gauging time or accurately estimating the length of a development cycle, and you have added yet another delay to the process. The best thing Chris could do would be to shut his yap about Macintosh, as he has nothing but promiseware to offer now, but I would look for the Mac version to be available before I would look for that to happen. --------- "Huh?" --Jammer, 1992 --------- -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
