Got the valve from an area shop. about 1/2" or so dia. and maybe 1/4" high.
Don't know who the manufacturer is. If you need one I can check with them to
see if they have any left. 
I heated up a punch to make a small hole then installed the valve. Some
people make a small hole with a 22cal. shell case.
