  I have looked at Techdiver's new WWW archives, and:-
  (1) Where can I find a directly examinable archive of the older messages,
i.e. not just the last week or so's messages?
  (2) Does the `search for a particular word' option scan titles only, or the
whole messages?

  What has happened on the rebreather scene in the last year or so? What makes
have come and gone? What has happened re laws etc affecting use of them?
  What reports have there been about the new make of automatic mixture
rebreather called `Inspiration' made in Cornwall in England by A.P.Valves (who
usually make stab jackets)? As far as I know, the `Inspiration' automatically
controls the ppO2 but does not include a decompression meter and so is much
cheaper than the Cis-Lunar etc.

  Thank goodness for a stated clear definition of that word at last!!! But
also, the justifiedness of the accusation seems to depend on whether his fixed
belief is justified in that case.

  I have been off Techdiver for several months due to my email being full of
other matter, and now that I am back in at last, much of what I see is, yet
again, people calling each other `strokes', and enough toilet-language for a
week of it to fill a sewage-tanker lorry. What about the women on channel!?!?
Can't this channel have a filter to look for the usual offensive words and
pass such messages to a moderator for editing or approval or rejection?
