I am amazed that anyone would consider this a problem, what was
suggested?
How could the surface administration of o2 create a problem and why
should the divers use of nitrox create the problem. His CNS % is
irrelevant as he is on the surface and breathing, a convulsion would not
be a problem, indeed if he is put in chamber for treatment they will
probably force his CNS through the roof in order to correct his
symptoms. long term oxygen poisoning is also irrelevant when it comes to
treating the victim, his lungs will heal given time, can he walk?
The other simple fact is if he is bent on a nitrox then what would he be
like if he had dived on air?
