I don't know whether they will deal directly with the public, but your
hardware store or boat shop can certainly order from them.  Probably your
dive shop can figure out how to do it, if enough people pester them.

If you happen to live in Dallas (or nearby):  Marine and Industrial Supply,
on Harry Hines, will special-order these puppies.  I just bought ten of
'em.  My total cost (the amount on the check) was $51.09, or call it $5.11
each.  Considering that the first two that I bought, from a boat store up
the street, were eight bucks apiece, and then you add on Governor Bush's
cut, and Dallas's cut, and the city bus cut...
