I don't know that much about theory, check the curves in my reference -
around 10% is not significant?

Case in point: My tank is 10 liters, working pressure 300 bars. Filled up
and heated it holds nowhere near the nominal 3000 l @ 1 ATA capacity,
somewhere around 2700-2800 is what I go down with.

All this has been discussed in the past, see posts by Pekka Räty in the
archives. I just wanted to point out that compressibility is a real factor
in hp tanks.
