you'll find a link for an English version, too. But it doesn't seem 
this is the Apeks who interests us. This is what they do, taken by their
page:

	Geodesy and cartography, 
	Real estate and business concern pricing, 
	Real estate trade, 
	Real estate advising, 
	Creation of numerical maps and of the Land Information systems, 
	Complex service of the arrangement of grounds information processes, 
	Legal and economical analyses including the ones connected with the
