There's no censoring. There was a contentious discussion recently between 
some NE wreck divers and cave divers. The net result was that some 
spineless asshole mailbombed TechDiver (he or she subscribed techdiver to 
other mailing lists, the computer equivalent of someone loosing in a 
fight in a bar, and then burning the whole bar down out of spite) which 
prompted Oldroyd to implement the PITA anti-bombing measures.

Since the flamewar, George has moved on to his own business. It looks 
like the dive season is heating up in Fla, so he is no doubt quite busy. 
And a competing list called wreckdiver was started up by the NE wrecker 
group so you might want to check that out. Some people on this list have 
actually commented it is a better place now that no one is posting. I 
have been doing my part to keep these pompous morons from getting too 
cozy with the situation and I could always use some help.
