Subject: gloves

I am looking for the best cold water gloves for diving. Has any body used 
the rubberized gloves with the latex wrist seals, are they warmer than 
regular 1/4 inch neoprine.We tried three finger mitts but they didnt have 
enough dexterity. Any helpful coments would be appreciated.
