Folks,

I maintain the TechDiver mailing list server as well as the TechDiver
and Cavers archives.

It has been some time since I have had to intercede in the operation of
TechDiver.  I am forced to do so now, because I continue to receive
complaints about other folks' behavior on and towards the list.

As a security measure I have made some significant changes to the list
server.  All messages sent to the list server will now be queued and
not forwarded to the recipient list.  The list server will send a
copy of the queued message to the apparent sender of the message with
a request to approve the message.  Only when the approval is recieved
will the message be forwarded to the recipient list.

I apologize for the added inconvenience to bona fide posters, but I
hope that the extra approval step will help eliminate unwanted postings
on the TechDiver list.
