And if you don't dive with a buddy? How about someone just
deciding for THEMSELVES that they have a valid use for a
snorkel, or any piece of equipment.

BUDDY has not occured to him - the definition of a stroke. Doing things
properly
is very simple, but in New England we have a bunch of know-it-alls like
Garvin,
beilineda, and Mark, who prove continuously what the past influence up there

been - no plan, and no clue. - G
