You were there right Mark?  You know everything about what happened, right?
 You know what the tanks were, what they were filled to, when they were
hydroed, the overall conditions of the tanks, who was filling them, etc.  You
know for a FACT that the tank would not have exploded if there was a burst
disc in it, right?  You are full of shit too!  The burst disc dosen't always
blow before the tank.  But you knew that.
