Tennant, Where the fuck you been. The weather has been great down here is = "redneck paradise". You head back north and the weather follows you. = When you coming back? Did you get a date from JJ for TriMix? Cory and I are driving up to DEMA this weekend (I think). Are you = heading down? ---------- From: Tennantm@ao*.co* Sent: Wednesday, January 08, 1997 1:10 AM To: chance@sn*.ne*; techdiver@terra.net Subject: Re: snorkels Mitch The correct place for the snorkle is on the wall at the dive shop!! If = your face is in the water then your gear is not set up propperly. Back = inflation does not just tip you face down on the surface. If it does, then the = problem is in your gear configuration. Swimming on the surface ....... roll = over on your back. Wings are great for this and provide excellent stability. =20 Mike =20 Mitch wrote: >(hang on a sec...I'm donning my nomex suit) > >I completely agree that snorkels have NO place in overhead=20 >enviroments - either cave or wreck - but I do request some guidance=20 >here. > >I don't wear a snorkel while doing ANY overhead diving.
