The NACD and NSSCDS workshops (they are the Nat'l Assoc of Cave Divers & 
NAt'l Speleological Society Cave Diving Section) usually have a workshop 
where the manufacturers rep trains you to be an autorized repair person. 
How you get parts is another story but at least you will know how to fix it.
I would try the Manufacturere themselves and ask where the next training 
session would be. The cave divers workshops are usually very reasonably 
priced.
