Jut a note to let people know that the NOAA Diving Manual has been revised.
As of today, 7-8-94 there is a new manual available for the price of $44.00
The updating by subscription has been dropped. I have yet too see how much
this new edition differs from the last. They did not have it in the GPO
bookstore > I have been told I can pick a copy up nxt Friday at the latest.
