Who is responsible for the designs of the equipment you manuf/sell? Why are so many of your products designed without testing in situ? Or if they are tested in situ, who is doing the testing and what qualifications do they have, what refinements have been made regarding customer feedback, has there been an effort to obtain customer feedback, are the designs not intended for cave diving, what are they designed for, how often does your company engage in R&D, do you dive with your company's equipment and have you evaluated other equipment an configurations, do you or the company you represent have the integrity to respond in public? This is your chance to shine in the diving market. There are many people here that will provide accounts of incidents with gear all the brands available. You could corner the market and set a new standard for equipment, if you would adopt the designs and configuration ideas offered here. And I do not belive that anyone has a patent on the designs. There would be no shame in using the ideas of the customer to benefit the customer, even if the R&D guys felt left out, Hell-fire them and reduce your operating costs-EZ PLEASE RESPOND PUBLICLY > .... if any > questions please e-mail me at: > > DiveAce@ao*.co* > > David Burroughs > Ocean Management Systems, Northeast Sales Manager.
