Rod, The R&D guys are just suggesting saving a step. Instead of printing the tables and then making an overhead, use overhead sheets that can be run through the printer! Canon makes them. Carry these and place your white slate behind it for better contrast. If this is what you are saying to do, I apologize for being redundant. I think you are saying to write with a marker on overhead media and use that.
