First, I'm new here so please don't flame me for asking about something
that's probably been discussed to death already. In fact, if that's the
case, please respond to me by private e-mail so as not to clutter the list.

I'm looking at purchasing the Atlantis one rebreather. I know I'll need to
take the course. I've been Nitrox certified for three years. I would like
to know what divers think of this equip. , rather than what I can learn
from walking into a dive shop. Is the quality good? Is it a rip-off? (I
know the price just fell to around $3,800 US) Does it really help you stay
warmer by breathing recycled air? Is it actually quiet? How much time can
YOU stay u/w with it. (air supply limitation, not tables...) Is it portable
enough to consider taking to the Carib. isles for a one week vacation, or
would the weight/size make it a bear?
