The "Zeagle Tech 50D" is the same as the older model from Apex the T50D. 
Made in
England with a Zeagle logo. The current Apex TX50 has a heatexchanger to 
reduce 
freezing, and is sold with a turret first stage. Apart from that I dont 
know of
any differences. The first stage is a balanced dry sealed membrane 
regulator.
And the second stage is allso balanced. For those who like convetional 
looking
regulators, this is a good buy, but the T50D is rather prone to 2nd stage 
freezing,
allthough not as bad as U.S. Divers/Spiro ones.

I have heard that a second stage in the Buchat line is very similar.

The T50D and the TX50 has two 2nd stage adjustment available. One venturi 
lever
and one cracking pressure knob.
