Stopped in at the local welding/med gas shop to get my O2 tank refilled,
and the new manager refused to fill a med O2 tank without a prescription.
Not really a big problem - I can always find a prescription, and anyhow
there's always welding O2, but it's a damned irritiation, and I'm curious
if others have run aross this and how they deal with it.
Just what is the legality of breathing O2 underwater? Flyers seem to buy it
without difficulty, maybe we need a "Diver's Grade"....
