Just purchased two steel tanks that have a plastic/epoxy liner in them.
Evidently this was used as a possible rust inhibitor in the late
60s-early 70s. Does anyone know of a way to remove this liner? A friend
said a company in Florida used to advertise the ability to correct the
probem. Thanks in advance,
