     When I stated divng this was the case - backpack, tank, reg with one hose, 
pressure guage (for the cool guys). I got the purcahsing agent at the company I 
worked for to buy the gear - told him to get me a Navy manual , too, and being
a 
good agent, he got what he could get the best deal on : a USD Calypso fist and 
second, with a Scuba Pro pressure guage, a USD tank and backplate. I used to
get 
my tanks filled at the surfshop on the beach, until the  weenies came up with 
certification, and I had to go take a course to get air.
