Regarding "off the shelf bottles & valves for the CCR500. Actually, that is the
idea they are using. The older BioMarine units used expensive spherical
cylinders that cost about 10X as much. The new bottles are off the shelf. With
the housing limiting access to the valves, A "K" valve is impractical and it
seems they are probably fitting the tanks with Ball-valves instead... mind you,
I am speculating on the type of valve they are using...
