They found that with CCOR they could approach the very sensitive otters without alarming them, and with scooters and front-nets they could capture them with ease. Sounds like a larger and faster and more powerful and heavier-duty version of that sort of catcher-submersible is just what some groups of people would find useful to catch scuba divers who get where they aren't welcome. Add sonar and a powerful underwater ultrasound gun.
