Frankly, how you handle things will depend on the type and "violence" of the seizures (every situation is a little different) The rescue courses (at least the ones I attended) are pretty clear about how to handle an actively panicked diver at depth. In that situation there may be someone deliberately grabbing at you and your gear. The seizured diver is not conscious, their motor actions are purposeless, so * in theory* you are in less danger than the panicked diver who's actively grabbing at your regulator. (but flailing ares and legs are still a hazard!). My training was to approach from behind and lock the victim's tank(s) between your knees. This puts you in a good position to control the situation, have access to their inflator hose, support their reg as appropriate, etc. Keep in mind that these off the cuff remarks are no substitute for a good thorough rescue course and hours of practice.
