One of the responses to my ad included the above.   Could some of you help me
answer the above questions(except for my country)? 
PS: the stuff is still for sale and as somebody previously pointed out with
the proper power it would make the perfect inflatable for wreck diving in
addition to a great bc capable of having one bladder fail and still capable
of salvage work.

ppps: I still have a neutralight 12  w H1 and MR16 heads and plate to turn it
into a single battery for $250.
