If you use any search engine of the WWW and try with words 
"molecular sieve" or zeolite, you�ll find several refences to
these systems, where any gas or liquid is pumped
through a membrane to achieve more purity.

One of the applications is to produce Nitrox, with
up to 98 % of oxygen. Aviation industry and
hospitals seem to use this ... the principle seems to
be very simple ... What I�ve heard, the filters
are very expensive - say $ 5000 per piece ...

But I�d like hear more as well ...
