Hi, I just joined this list and technical diving and am introducing myself. My name is Arna, age 31, male I have been diving since 1985 when I was trained as a commerical diver and hyperbaric medic. My experience focused heavily on the saturation systems and hyperbarics. Diving in this area was surface supplied using air, and mixed gas ( Heliox). Nitrox experience was as a treatment gas. I have had a CNS DCS hit during this experience with minimal residual effects. Since leaving the commerical diving industry, I have maintained my interest and study into advanced diving. In the scuba area, I am certified by Naui to the advanced level and by TDI on basic and advanced Nitrox. I live in Houston, and do my diving in the Texas lakes, the Gulf of Mexico, the Miami area, and Key West. Areas of interest to me include Nitrox deep diving DCS treatment techniques Wreck and Rig Diving Mixed Gas high end equipment including rebreathers surface supplied diving application of surface supplied equipment with scuba Look forward to hearing your views
