After all of this...


Ronnie seems to be a really nice guy - the problem is he's too nice ;-)
trying to
help replying to questions himself...

So the customer service actually is good. All this in my case was a
misunderstanding
from his part.

No harm done. DECOM is on it's way to Sweden ;-)
