It's Holanthias elizabethae (not Odontanthias - that's the old name). 
I'll be picking those up during my deep stops after I get that new species
of Prognathodes that has shown up on the HURL tapes.  When I get up as
shallow as where you are, I'll let a few of the elizabethae go so you can
get your photos. Of course, this won't be at Molokini -- unless we get
some of G's scooters to buzz out over the edge of the shelf.
