OK OK my English is not that good but, you could try to understand!
When I mean pressure, it is not of course the gas pressure!!!

It is the pressure applied by the two springs in the cartridge lid to the
soda lime. The soda lime gets really compressed, and of course it apply the
same pressure 360 degree to the cartridge, the open side of the cartridge
is made of plastic, and this plastic is a bit too soft for this pressure,
and it gets slightly enlarged, I'm talking about millimeters (1 mm =
0.03937 inches Ok?!).
The end result is a lid that may not perfectly seal. And do not forget the
temperature you get in summer in the Red Sea Egypt, all plastic material
get much softer even if you hide everything from the sun.

Simple test: fill the cartridge, as good as you can, of course you will
never make it like the gurus.
Seal one end of the cartridge, and blow air (with your mouth) into the
cartridge, if there is any leaking possibility, you will hear it (with your
ears, remeber to keep your mouth on the other end, otherweise there is no
pressure!).
Of course this is not the only test, negative pressure etc. but it can help.
This was just my personal experience with one of the first unit on the market.
But I'm sure they have corrected the problem by now, (I hope).

PS: I don't dive with square light, and I think my Atlantis is doing
exactly what I expect it to do. Any suggestions or experience from other
user/instructors is welcome, because I do not know everything.

One guy said a long time ago: I think the world is not flat...
The other said: Are you crazy?

Stay wet...
