Some of the post of recent days seems that some are bound and determined to use a dive computer vs dive software. I have a dive computer (Phoenix (air)) that I would like to sell. It does exactely what it says it will do, is air integrated so you get tank psi as well. However, will not do mix, will not teach you the ins and outs of deco, will not make you a smarter diver, but will do what it is designed for. What I learned from it is I needed to be smarter about deco, but it generally kept me out of trouble as I did routiene dives. I got it because it would not lockup even if you exceeded it parameters, and like I said it kept me out of trouble. It will not give you the shortest deco time if that is your objective (which is not really the objective of deco anyway). I will sell it for 1/2 of the orgional price, it is 2 years old and is mechanically perfect, designed so you can change its battery (9 volt) without opening the main case, I will throw in the lexan LCD cover, the rubber boot which protects the whole thing and the compass attachment and compass. If you have to have a computer this one will do a job for you and works well, and for the price is a great buy. I am moving on to the next step in calculating deco from computer software and getting smarter. Your choice. Bob Weis
