One would think it would, but apparently, or at least I am told, we are
not
dealing with a rational individual, and that explains a lot. I had never
considered this, as I was certain there were artificially induced causes, but
had no direct proof. The insanity thing fits better.
I just wish this guy and all of his buddies would take a long vacation. -G
