Richie, if you use the higer ppo2 on long exposures , you will need to go to back gas to clean up, and effectively end up where you would have been with the gas switches, unless you were dry all the way, and then you would only have to do pulmonary breaks, we have found. Some of my creative types wanted to do multi bottles stuff, but Gavin and I made the rule that it required approval of the Engineer at the request of the Director, and that way we were sure that on any given day at least one of us would be sane enough to veto it. This is still my favorite rule for everything, since I never request anything and Gavin never approves anything, otherwise JJ and I would be making each other nuts. George M.
