   Dear David, the voltage loss you experience is due to shitty wire and shitty 
connectors - use the right ones and limit your loss to .2 volts at the bulb. 
Trust me, Chief, unlike your boy John, who is the "Tommy" of diving technolgy 
(deaf, dumb , and blind), I know for absolutely positively certain that I am 
dead right on all of these points. Unlike John, and unlike the ignorant dumb 
fucks who designed that light, I HAVE to be right.
