Well, they both come from countries with poor health organization
and poor education facilities because their wealth had been first
sucked by colonial powers (and as a bonus, they divided up the
territory along borders who don't fit ethnic makeup, hence the
resulting widespread strife), and now, the wealth is being sucked by
local tyrants who have western backing...
No wonder it's going down.
And everyone is watching it sitting on their arses and doin' fuck-all
about it.
