Sorry guys, I lost Ian's address

Ian

Hey did you guys get on the Jodery yet? I dove it twice this weekend. It
was sweet!!

Basically just like I told you before. Drop to 160 - 170 uptream, cruise to
the wreck, deco off the downstream wall, and make your way into the bay
around the corner from the Coast Gaurd station, and get in your boat. I did
both of them at night, less boat traffic and the coast gaurd is not so
active.

The top of the pilot house is 150, the bottom is at 216. The bow is smashed
into the wall causing the pilot house to be bent back towards the stern. The
boom is all mangled (sticking above the pilot house) and some beauty strung
out alot of kermantle line just waiting to snag you. No current on the way
to the wreck, it was so calm I got nervous. No current on the pilot house.
However, behind the pilot house it is smoking. I was glad I had my scooter
as it was a long ride to it in no current. The walls are amazing. Straight
sheer cliffs that drop to over 200 feet (I was at 190 and could not see the
bottom). Vis was about 30 feet,temp was 58 F.

For those of you that don't know:

The Roy A Jodery is a 640 feet freighter that went down in 220 - 250 feet of
water on Nov 21, 1974 after striking a shoal in front of the Alexandria Bay
(NY) Coast Gaurd station (St Lawrence River). It is an awesome dive and even
better with a scooter. Just watch out for clueless boaters whom think dive
flags are for slolom racing, and the coast gaurd. Two very good reasons to
do it at night.

Regards

Mike
