Capt. Bill Palmer -- Diving the U-853
The U-853 is the most popular wreck in New England.  He will take you on an
exciting dive of the last U-boat sunk in World War II.	

Rod Farb -- Diving the USS Monitor 
USS Monitor was the first ironclad warship.  Rod will take you on an exciting
tour of  the history and current activities of  diving on  the USS Monitor.	

Joel Silverstein -- Technical Diving What Recreational Divers Can Learn From
It 
There is much that recreational divers can learn from what these explorers
do. Joel will show you what technical diving looks like and what you can
learn from it.	

Al Overbeck   --- Big Bubbles No Troubles  Differential Field Diagnosis
US Navy Master Diver and Chief of the Hyperbaric Center at the Navy Submarine
base in Groton. Will talk about the different techniques used to evaluate a
stricken diver.	

Brian Skerry -- Diving with Big Animals
National Geographic photographer Brian Skerry will show you what its like to
dive with big animals in the sea. Diving with Sharks, Whales, Seals and
Manatees

Art Cohn  -- Archaeology Diving
Shipwrecks hold a fascinating history, but exploring them requires special
techniques to leave them undisturbed for others to visit. Art will show you
the special techniques  used to preserve  these special sites.

David Sipperly  -  Apnea Diving  How to Market Skin Diving  Programs
This National Free Diving champion will teach you about free diving
techniques and how you can develop and market snorkeling � the sport of the
next century	

Joe Mokry  -- Small Boat Diving Techniques
Small boats are most popular with divers due to  their speed and
maneuverability.  Joe will show you how these boats are used for diving and
some special techniques to make them more fun and safer.	

Louise Howard --  How Dive Clubs Keep People Diving.  The MetroWest dive club
in Boston is one of the most active dive clubs in the US. Learn how to start
a club, how to keep it going and how the Experience Builder Club Dives keeps
people excited about diving long past the industry average.
	
Bill Turbeville - Legal Protection  How to Protect yourself as a dive
professional.
A partner in the law firm Hruska and Lessor - Bill has represented clients on
both sides of the case. Bill will share with you how to teach defensively and
how to protect yourself from a potential lawsuit. � Instructors � don't miss
this one.	
Saam Greenman  -- Independent Instructing How to make it work for you. 
As an independent instructor you have different freedoms that make teaching
all  that much more exciting. Sam will show you how too enhance your income
and your skills by working as an independent instructor.

Thursday  & Friday National Safety Council First Aid/ CPR Instructor 
- Kathy Weydig. This two day course will qualify you  to teach NSC First Aid
and CPR.  2 days  $300.00

Current CPR and First Aid instructors   need the 4 hour session on Friday for
NSC Certification  Includes course materials.  � day course  $150.00

FRIDAY

NAUI Staff Training Workshop  � Caroline Simmons  Your first step to becoming
a NAUI Instructor Trainer.   Full day $95.00			

NAUI Leadership Workshop  �  Ben Drury  This workshop will teach you how to
market, plan, organize and conduct NAUI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor and
Skin Diving Instructor courses. $50.00  1-5 PM

DAN Oxygen First Aid in Dive Accidents Course � Scott Monnier This four hour
entry level course is designed to educate the general diving public in
recognizing possible dive related injuries and providing emergency oxygen.
6-10PM  $75.00

SUNDAY 

Nitrox Diver- Joel Silverstein  Learn how to use and understand the benfits
of nitrox diving. 1-5 PM  $100.00

DAN Oxygen First Aid in Dive Accidents Course 
 See Friday program  $75.00   � day  8am - 12 noon

Rebreather Experience - Rod Farb This comprehensive program will introduce
you in a hands-on program  to modern rebreathers , their uses and techniques.
Bring your bathing suit, mask and fins.  You will use the Bio-Marine Fully
Closed Circuit Rebreather  Full Day $195.00		

Breathing Gas Physiology -  R.W. "Bill" Hamilton, PhD   The course is
directed towards instructors and divemasters, particularly those who are
using or teaching enriched air use and technical diving. Includes a 100 page
comprehensive manual. $150.00 Full Day 

Visual Cylinder Inspection- Dale Fox  You will learn the protocols and
standards for dependable and defensible visual inspection policies. Hands-on
program. A must for all dive shop owners & employees.    $200.00 full day

NAUI / TDI Nitrox Instructor-   David Sipperly  This comprehensive workshop
will teach you how to teach the NAUI / TDI Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty
Course.  Prerequisite - Nitrox Certification from any training agency and
minimum logged 10 Nitrox dives.   $275.00 full day

DAN Oxygen Instructor- Kathy Weydig Emergency Oxygen Administration is
critical in a dive emergency. This course will teach you how to teach the DAN
Oxygen Provider Course to divers of all levels. Prerequisite - Oxygen
Provider Certification.
CPR and DAN membership  $275.00 Full Day 

Small Boat Rescue Techniques - Joe Mokry    Learn how to conduct rescues from
and with small boats -- Hands on program.   $125.00
